Orders for machinery are sent to arrive upon an agreed time of delivery. We send all orders with PostNord. If an international order is placed, naturally another distribution firm will be used.
At the time of purchase the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail. Therefore it is very important that you enter the correct e-mail address when ordering. If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail within a day please contact us to make sure that your order has been received. When ordering, please also specify your mobile phone number. That way you will receive your order notification via an SMS.
Free shipping applies to orders exceeding the amount of 500 SEK. In other cases a fee of 100 SEK will apply.
At Santa Mechanical AB, you can pay your order via COD (cash on delivery). If you are a corporation, municipality, state or county you may also choose the alternative option of paying via invoice after a customary credit check. To be able to pay via invoice you should fill in all required information found in the application form.

Hos Santas Mekaniska AB har du alltid 12 månaders garanti på din produkt. Vi tillämpar inskickningsservice. Felaktig vara skall reklameras via reklamationsblanketten så snart som felet är upptäckt. Kvitto eller följesedel skall bifogas för att styrka garanti. Observera att garantin enbart täcker funktionsfel. Varor som visar på handhavandefel alternativt har blivit skadade av användaren debiteras därmed en undersökningsavgift på 300 SEK samt fraktkostnad på 300 SEK.
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) customers have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days after you received the product, provided the product is unchanged i.e. unused and undamaged. If you choose to use this right you should send your order back to Santas Mekaniska AB. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges that apply. In case of return, you should contact us through our contact form found here on the website or alternatively via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If one of the following scenarios (circumstances beyond our control) were to occur Santas Mekaniska AB will be relieved of fulfilling the existing contracts:
